Jack Constructions was founded in 1996 as a Civil Engineering Consultancy Firm, evolving over the years into a comprehensive service provider. In 2020, we consolidated under a single umbrella, offering a wide spectrum of services from plot acquisition to surveying, estimation, plan approval, and seamless project execution.

Jack Group of Companies comprises three distinct entities:

• Jack Constructions (P) Ltd: Dedicated exclusively to the execution of civil works, ensuring precision and quality in every project.
• Jack Consultants: Specializing in expert consultation services for Civil Engineering and construction. Our offerings include Project Estimation, Plan Approval, Structural Design, MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) Drawings, and meticulous on-site supervision.
• Jack Imports and Exports: Facilitating global connectivity for sourcing and delivering construction materials and equipment.

ER. JACK BEN – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jack Ben Vincent, a dedicated Civil Engineer by profession, serves as the Managing Director of Jack Constructions Pvt Ltd and holds a directorial position at Ananthapuri Metals Pvt Ltd. With a profound passion for Civil Engineering, Jack actively participates in numerous social and professional organizations. He is recognized as an expert in Kerala Building Rules and is also a practicing Valuer.

He completed his schooling at Christ Nagar, Kowdiar, and pursued his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam.

His career journey began as a Site Engineer in various firms in Trivandrum, where he gained practical engineering experience. In 2017, Jack moved to Bahrain, overseeing the planning of 100 Villas in the Kingdom. Upon returning, he contributed significantly as an Assistant Project Engineer for the TCRIP Project (Road Project) in Trivandrum. Notably, he played key roles in projects such as Bakery Flyover, Kims Bridge, Chakkai Bridge, and various road constructions, specializing in Prestressing Bridge work execution.

Jack Ben Vincent’s career is a testament to his expertise, dedication, and contribution to the field of Civil Engineering, both locally and internationally.

Following the completion of his stint in project management, Jack Ben Vincent transitioned to lead his family business, M/s Jack Constructions, where he successfully secured several government projects. Notable among these are the Labour Commissionerate Building at PMG, Trivandrum, the PG Ladies Hostel at Medical College, Trivandrum, and the Canteen Block at Pattom Planning Board, all of which stand as prestigious landmarks in Trivandrum.

Under his leadership, Jack Constructions undertook significant projects such as a 50,000 sqft multistoried building for M/s Glenmark Pharmacy’s C&F distributor, M/s Divya Medicals in Muttathara, and Dr. Govindan’s Nursing College in Muttahara.

During the 2020 pandemic, Jack revolutionized his business model by fully transitioning operations online and officially registering Jack Constructions Pvt Ltd. He introduced new engineering talent and embraced modern civil engineering practices, including the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for precise engineering designs. He also fostered a 100% digital ecosystem within his office and among his staff.

Jack firmly believes in the mantra that “Digital is the new Tech” for sustained business success beyond 2020. His company’s motto, “Think Beyond Business,” reflects his commitment to innovation and excellence in every endeavor.

Driven by a strong passion for contributing to a better society and achieving personal fulfillment through service, I am actively involved in various social organizations in town. These include Rotary, Young Indians (CII), Y’s Men International, among others. My primary goal is to extend help in every possible way and derive utmost satisfaction from these endeavors.

Business Network International (BNI):

• Trivandrum Region Launch Ambassador and Go Green Coordinator in 2021.
• Served as Chapter President from October 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022.

Rotary:

• Member of Rotary International since 2014.
• Secretary of Rotary Club of Trivandrum Metropolis during 2020-21.
• Charter President of Rotary Club of Trivandrum Metropolis, inaugurated on May 9, 2019.
• Currently nominated as Assistant Governor Nominee for Rotary District 3211 for 2022-23.
• Proud to be a 2nd Generation Rotarian, following in the footsteps of my father, Mr. B. Vincent, a Rotarian since 1996 and a Past Assistant Governor in District 3211.

Young Indians – CII:

• Member since 2014, served as Chapter Co-Chairman in 2019 and as Chapter Chairman in 2020.
• Participated in an international mission to the USA in 2016, focusing on IT and developments in Facebook and Google.

Builders Association of India (BAI):

• Currently holds the role of IT Officer for the Trivandrum Chapter.
